Registration fee includes:

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
A 30 Euro registration fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome cocktail, cultural event, conference excursion, refreshments and coffee breaks. Lunches and conference dinner prices are the same as for conference participants.
TRAVEL GRANT
For participants from developing countries IUPAP has provided a support in total of 5000 USD to be used for purposes of travel grants.
Application for the travel grant is already a part of on-line registrati onform, where you need to specify the type of transportation and your travel expenses to be covered with a grant.
The grants will be awarded solely to the applicants registered as active participants (registered with a contribution). The selection of the applicants to be supported with a travel grant will be made according to the quality of the contribution submitted. The applicants will be given an e-mail notice concerning the travel grant results and the means of reimbursement.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Local Organising Committee by June 15, 2007. A 50 € cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds of cancellations postmarked after June 15, 2007 will not be possible.
