ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Organized on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in 5 sessions in main hall of Conference center and mezzanine halls: Kamelia II, Magnolia and Lovor I.

Presenters have 15 minutes of time to present their work and up to 3 minutes of time to answer the questions from the audience. Video projectors, computers (MS Windows OS) and overhead projectors will be avaliable at all conference halls.
The presentation check/rehersal slide room will be at your disposal every day from 8.00 to 9:00, as well as during the coffee break.

In order to minimize technical problems and shorten the time for starting the presentations, presenters are kindly requested to bring their presentation on CD/DVD/memory stick before 9 AM in the hall where the presentation is scheduled for that day. The technician will be available there from 8 to 9 AM to check and transfer the presentation to presentational PC.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

There will be two poster sessions situated in the mezzanin halls Mimosa I and II.

The poster stand has dimensions of 90cm (width) by 120 cm (height). Posters could be sticked to the poster stand using the multitack tape, which will be on  disposal  on the conference reception.

Presenters are kindly invited to bring and exhibit the A4 paper printed version of poster for distribution among interested participants.

Poster session 6

Posters will be diplayed from Monday August 27 to Wednesday August 29.

The authors are kindly asked to FINISH their poster setting and arrangement not later than Monday at 12:00.
Poster presentations Poster session 6 will be held on Wednesday August 29, from 14:00 to 15:00.
Poster presenters are kindly invited to stand by their work and be ready to communicate with interested conference participants.

Posters will have to be removed from the stands immediately after the poster presentation is over.

Poster session 7

Posters will be displayed from Wednesday August 29  to Friday August 31.

The authors are kindly asked to FINISH their poster setting and arrangement not later than Wednesday at 16:00.
Poster presentations of Poster session 7 will be held on Thursday August 30, from 16:30 to 17:30.
Poster presenters are kindly invited to stand by their work and be ready to communicate with interested conference participants.
