The Conference Information Desk and Hotel Reception staff will be happy to assist you during the Conference.
Conference information and updates concerning the organisational and the administrative meetings will be published daily at the main conference board near the information desk, registration desk and the reception.
The coffee areas will be located on the ground floor beside the reception or on the open-air terrace of the hotel.

PHOTOCOPYING / FAX TRANSMISSION/ INTERNET ACCESS

A copying and a fax machine are available at the business center of hotel Ambasador near the reception. There will be a small charge for this service.

Four PCs at the Ambasador’s business centre (near the reception) will be available for conference participants 0-24 hours providing complementary access to Internet and e-mail.There will be a small charge for this service. Please be considerate of other Conference participants and restrict your use of the Internet to a maximum of 15 minutes at busy times.

The weather in Opatija during August is usually sunny (average daytime temperature 25°C; sea temperature 21-24°C).
